Electives
Students with a 2.0 grade point average (GPA) are eligible to enroll in an approved elective course at a local community college such as Skyline College or College of San Mateo.
These courses must be worth at least two (2) college units to count for credit at South San Francisco High School (SSFHS):
- 3 college units = 10 credits at SSFHS
- 2 college units = 7 credits at SSFHS (will only cover a 5 credit deficiency)
All courses must be pre-approved via concurrent enrollment form by an SSFHS administrator before the class begins.
Please contact an SSFHS counselor for a concurrent enrollment form.
