Transcripts and education verifications provide an official record of your academic history at South San Francisco High School. Whether you are a current student, alumni, or a parent, this page provides all the information you need to request transcripts or verify your education, including in-person, mail, fax, and online options.

Requesting a Transcript

Transcripts may be requested in person, by mail, fax, or through Parchment.

Submit a $5.00 payment (cash, cashier’s check, or money order payable to “South San Francisco High School”)
- Personal checks are not accepted
Send payment and request to:

Include the following information:
- Current name
- Name while attending SSFHS
- Telephone number & e-mail address
- Current address
- Birth date
- Last year attended
- Signature authorizing release**
- Address where transcript should be sent (if different from current address)

Turnaround: Allow two weeks for delivery.

Signature Requirement: A signature is required for both transcript release and education verification. E-mail requests with a signed release form are preferred.
Fees: Current students are not charged for transcripts, but fees may apply for past students.
