I was born in Hong Kong and raised in HK/Los Angeles. I attended UCLA for my B.S. in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics. Through researching on a parasite called Trichomonas vaginalis, I was able to develop various molecular biology lab skills. Soon after graduating, I earned my teaching credentials in Biology, Chemistry and CTE: Biotechnology before joining the Warriors family in 2017. Recently, I earned my M.S. in Biomedical Science, concentration in Biotechnology from SFSU.

With the continual collaboration between Genentech and Skyline College, I am able to provide opportunities for students to learn biotechnology with state-of-the-art equipment. You can learn more in the Science Garage webpage.
